Having a problem with a provider?

Are you having a problem with a broadband or cellular provider?  Below is a list of the avenues to report problems to broadband and cellular providers including via the phone, internet, and social media.  It is important to provide as much detail and description when reporting problems (e.g. when is the issue occurring, how long has it been occurring, etc.). 

Providers will normally issue you a “help or trouble ticket number” when reporting a problem, make sure to ask for it if they don’t initially provide it.  The “help or trouble ticket number” will be helpful when following up on your problem with the provider. 

As you are reporting your problem it may become necessary to escalate your issue to a higher-level provider representative or level of customer service.  The majority of providers have multiple levels of customer service which are meant to handle routine or normal issues at the lowest level and increase to focus on more complicated or technically difficult issues at the higher.
